Do I have to book a discovery call?
No, you do not have to book a discovery call. If you know what service is right for you, go ahead and book an initial assessment by clicking the “Book a Call” button on the top menu. A Discovery Call is helpful if you are still determining the service you are looking for and want to see if we will be a good fit.
How many follow-up appointments will I need?
Each service is set up to have three follow-up sessions following your initial assessment. This is the bare minimum requirement needed to see an impact. You are welcome to book more sessions as you’d like.
Are all Individual Support appointments done virtually?
Yes, all appointments are virtual appointments.
Can I live anywhere in Ontario to work with you?
Yes, you can live anywhere in Ontario and work with Stonehouse Nutrition.
Do insurance companies cover dietitian services?
Yes, most insurance plans cover dietitian services. Check your plan or contact your provider before booking your initial assessment. Each program is set up for four sessions (1 initial & 3 follow-up sessions), which you can share with your insurance provider.
Do you bill my insurance company directly?
No, we don’t bill insurance companies directly. It may be helpful to check your plan or reach out to your provider before booking your initial assessment to ensure you know how to submit claims and receipts.
